Previously, Mr. Bedard has been a successful entrepreneur and held numerous positions with fast-growth technology-enabled service companies. Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University in Georgetown Texas, his Masters of Business Administration from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth Texas, and is a certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) and Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
